任职资格
土木工程、工程管理、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历
具有3-5年建筑行业招投标或商务拓展相关经验
熟悉建筑合同、招标流程及成本估算
具备优秀的沟通、谈判及表达能力
能在压力下工作并按时完成任务
熟练使用Microsoft Office及相关投标工具
精通中文,英文,马来文三种语言,沟通交流顺畅
具备马来西亚开拓基建,能源,产业规划等咨询业务能力,拥有当地政府部门(如MIDA,MOT,KPKT)或大型企业合作资源者优先
岗位职责
识别并评估建筑市场中的招标机会
负责从资格预审到投标提交的全过程管理
编制及审核投标文件、技术方案及报价
协调工程、采购及项目团队,确保投标内容准确完整
制定投标报价策略,提升竞争力与盈利能力
跟踪市场动态及竞争对手情况
确保投标符合客户要求及公司规范
项目信息搜集与跟踪
实时获取区域内的建设项目动向,建立并维护项目储备库。
负责重点项目的前期策划、实地考察及与业主的初步对接。
客户关系管理(CRM)
开发新客户资源,尤其是政府、大型房企及战略合作伙伴。
建立大客户资源库,负责战略客户的回访、满意度调查及日常商务接待。
招投标管理
参与项目资格预审(资信标)的编制与审核。
组织投标策划,协调内外部资源,负责标书的评审及投标分析。
