Job Description
• SPM 或物流、供應鏈管理、倉庫管理或相關領域的文憑。
。具备1-3年仓库或物流相关经验。
• 流利的中文、英语和马来语；具备较强的口头和书面沟通能力。
•熟悉库存系统和仓库流程。
• 有责任心、有条理，并能团队合作
岗位职责
1.仓库运营
• 处理货物接收、存储、拣货、包装和库存发放。
• 保持仓库清洁、整洁和安全。
2.库存管理
•更新和监控系统中的库存水平。
•定期进行库存检查并协助库存盘点。
•管理损坏、退回和临期商品。
3. 订单履行与配送
•根据标准作业程序（SOP）准确处理会员/分销商订单。
• 与快递/第三方物流（3PL）协调，确保及时交付。
•处理交付问题、订单差异和更换请求。
4.货运与文件
•与供应商和物流合作伙伴协调入库货运。
•核实货运数量、质量和文件（收货单（GRN）、交货单（DO）等）。
• 准备每日/每周/每月仓库和库存报告。
5. 协调与支持
•与客户服务、财务和市场部门紧密合作，处理促销、活动和库存需求。
• 支持产品发布、库存准备和管理层分配的行政任务。
