优势： 进步极快，能接触到业务的全貌；如果没有官僚主义，你的建议很容易被采纳。
适合谁： 喜欢挑战、不害怕混乱、想快速积累综合经验、希望能看到自己工作直接成果的人。

问自己一个问题：你喜欢“按部就班”还是“自找出路”？
