About the Company
Our client is a well-established player in the construction industry, known for delivering large-scale projects across Malaysia. With a strong commitment to safety and compliance, they are currently seeking a EHS Manager to lead their safety function across projects.

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Safety, Health & Environmental strategies and practices, ensuring full compliance with legal and industry standards across all projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and strategies.

Lead HIRARC processes and manage high-risk activities (WAH, LOTO, lifting, machinery operations).

Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Drive HSE awareness and training across departments.

Lead internal audits and ensure departments are prepared for external ISO audits (45001, 14001, 9001).

Organise HSE committee meetings and track incident trends.

Ensure all HSE legal registrations and requirements are up to date.

Frequent site visits across Malaysia.


Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related.

Must possess a valid Green Book (registered with DOSH).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of ISO standards (45001, 9001, 14001).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel nationwide.
