Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to manage daily business operations and support the overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating administrative procedures, implementing business strategies, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day business and administrative operations.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Maintain accurate business records and prepare regular reports for management.

Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manage procurement, inventory, and office supplies.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

Support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.

Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Monitor project progress and provide administrative support to various departments.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar administrative or operational role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
