Vacancy : One (1) vacant position based in Facility Department, Tiara Melaka (Golf & Country Club), Jalan Gapam, Bukit Katil PO Box 473, 75760 Melaka.

What You'll Do :

✅ Electrical Systems Operation & Maintenance

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all electrical systems including main switchboards, distribution boards, generator sets, ATS, UPS, lighting systems (indoor/outdoor), and wiring across clubhouses, lodges, and golf course facilities.

✅ Compliance & Safety

Ensure all electrical systems adhere to Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and maintain audit-compliant documentation.

✅ Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Respond swiftly to electrical issues to minimize downtime.

✅ Emergency & Standby Duties

Respond to breakdowns and operate backup power systems during outages.

Maintain safety in LV, HT, and generator rooms.

✅Liaison & Coordination

Collaborate with enforcement authorities as required.

Recommend and implement M&E improvements.

To supervise in-house facility team in day to day maintenance services.

What We’re Looking For :

✨ Experience : Proven experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety management.

✨ Skills : Strong technical knowledge of HT (High Tension) and LV (Low Voltage) electrical installations, generator sets, and related equipment.

✨ Certification : BO Chargeman certified / competent person.
