Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall Training division, aligning initiatives with business goals and brand standards

Implement training, assessment, evaluation and continuous optimization of operational skills and standards in the jurisdiction according to APAC’s operational standards and CHAGEE Retail Academy requirements.

Develop leadership training for Operations team to support internal succession planning.

Operate and maintain the E-Learning platform according to the E-Learning SOP and other guidelines provided by CHAGEE Retail Academy

Facilitate training sessions and workshops on service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, hygiene standards, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.

To carry out localization and adaptation of the training syllabus.

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through metrics (KPIs, guest feedback, mystery shopper results, audits, etc.).

To support on other CHAGEE Retail Academy projects.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in in F&B operations with at least 3–5 years in a training or L&D leadership role.

Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, budgeting, P&L management, and customer service standards

Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training in a hospitality or F&B environment.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
