Job Description

Overview of the Position :

This role shall assist the Assistant Manager, Operations to support and manage our agent (known as Independent Business Owners-IBO) matters, including backend operations and event coordination, assisting local and international operations. As the key outlet contact person (Business Centre & Key In Point (BCKP)), responsibilities include overseeing daily operations like sales submissions, order processing, inventory management, staff training and updates.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

1. Daily Branch Operations Management

Outlet Management & Support: Manage all company outlets (BCKP) for all operations-related matters, including administration and delivery.

Sales & Finance: Ensure daily sales reports and money submissions are accurate and complete.

Deliveries & Documentation: Verify that all Delivery Orders (DO) are signed and a copy is returned to the Operations Department. Check and confirm that deposits made by outlets (BCKP) are accurate, signed, and accepted by the Finance Department.

Consignment Stock: Oversee the processing of consignment stock to new Business Centre & Key In Point. Manage consignment returns, top-up consignments for BCKPs, and ensure compliance with documentation and processes.

2. Backend & Oversea Operations supports

International Operational Coordination: Supporting and coordinating the company's operational activities in other countries.

Inventory Management: Conducting regular stock checks.

IBO Support: Providing correct product information, promotion updates, and related operational support to IBOs.

Event Support: Supporting company events when needed.

Other Tasks: Performing other related tasks delegated by the Operations Manager from time to time.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

Minimum 1-3 years working experience.

Experience in Business Operations or Retail Management, preferably in the MLM/Direct Selling industry/ Retails or equivalent

Proficient in speaking English, Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese/ Mandarin, or other local languages would be an advantage)

Good interpersonal and well organized

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Willing to work under pressure and manage dateline on timely manner

Computer competency

Ability to travel internationally as and when required

Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

Working days : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
