Job Description

Responsibilities :

Responsible for day-to-day data input activities, including packing lists and delivery orders.

To help with e-invoicing matters, generate and upload files where needed.

To handle general administrative duties for the department.

To handle the filing system, documentation, and records.

Attending to phone calls, faxes, emails, and other.

To perform any ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Computer literate

Minimum SPM/Diploma holder

Minimum 2 years of working experience

Good command of basic BM and English

Able to work in Kepong Metropolitan Area
