Experienced in working at a bridal boutique
Possesses accurate knowledge and practical skills in taking body and garment measurements for tailoring and fitting purposes.
Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Weekly rest day is on Monday
Responsibilities

Manage and schedule bridal fitting appointments.
Prepare wedding attire for customer collection in a clean and complete condition.
Conduct quality checks for laundry services and during handover to customers.
Prepare and maintain a tracking list for gown delivery and collection from the laundry.
Ensure there are no double bookings in the appointment schedule.
Attend to customers based on appointments and walk-in visits.
Review and ensure the accuracy of quotations and customer orders.
Send appointment reminders to customers in advance.
Verify 50% deposit payment with the finance team before the appointment date.
Collect customer feedback and compile the data for reporting purposes.
Ensure dress alterations are done according to customer requests.
Clearly explain boutique policies to customers.
Handle fabric purchasing for custom-made gown orders (if required).
Carry out ad-hoc purchases of sewing supplies such as thread, needles, and other boutique necessities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
