Job Responsibilities:

Assist General Manager in price determination to support sales/marketing team.

Implement and control quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.

Handle procurement and supply chain processes, such as ordering necessary supplies or merchandise.

Supervise and support team members' development by providing product training and coaching.

Delegate tasks appropriately to balance team member workloads while supporting business goals.

Manage direct reporting to General Manager related to business and administration matters.

Accompany or represent the General Manager in attending business exhibitions.

Assist the General Manager in setting up new companies and related matters.

Assist in managing some of the General Manager’s personal matters as needed.

Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the General Manager.



Job Requirements:

Degree in business administration or similar.

Proven leadership skills and experience.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Knowledge of engineering plastic resin industry and market dynamics is an advantage.

A track record of driving team and process accomplishments or solving problems for organizations.

Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

Experience with resource, team, and time management.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Strong work ethic.
