Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.

Work closely with managers in various departments to define recruitment needs, set job description, requirements and qualification criteria and plan for hiring process.

Administer payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, including salary changes, benefits deductions, and compliance with wage laws.

Process payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.

Maintain and update HR systems with employee data.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process and ensure consistent employee development.

Ensure all HR & Admin policies and procedures comply with ISO QMS & EMSH requirement and standard, as well as current legal and regulatory requirements.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Oversee office supplies and inventory.

To verify and ensure employee expense claims are aligned with the benefits and reimbursement guidelines specified in the Employee Handbook.

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years’ relevant and progressive working experience in HR field.

Hands-on experience managing payroll processes and working with payroll systems.

Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and relevant employment regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software and systems.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
