Job Description
We are a well established beauty saloon company, currently we're expanding and seeking for a talent to join our marketing team who are strong in digital marketing;
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive growth product lines.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
Create and manage engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is communicated effectively.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility for key product categories.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with professional users, DIY enthusiasts, and industry influencers.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and industry trends, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote new products, special offers, and educational content.
Segment email lists to target specific customer groups and personalize communications.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, marketing & advertising industries.
At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Familiar with social media: Meta, XHS, Tiktok and Instagram.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
Able to read and write in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
