About the role

Are you an exceptional Customer Service Representative with experience serving customers? Foundever®' is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and support to clients in China and Taiwan through voice, email and chat channels

Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive cases as needed

Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies

Adhering to all relevant quality and compliance standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably supporting customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

A friendly, patient and empathetic customer service approach

Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
