Salary: RM4,000 – RM7,000 (commensurate with experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Executive to lead and execute training strategies that support business growth and talent development, especially within the MLM/Direct Selling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, public speaking, and project management. This role will lead key initiatives such as the Akademi Dalam Industri (ADi) program and SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) certification implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop and deliver training programs for distributors, sales teams, and internal staff.
Customize content for different target groups, ensuring alignment with company goals and local compliance.
Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact.
ADi & SKM Project Leadership
Oversee the full cycle of the ADi training initiative — from curriculum design to implementation and reporting.
Manage collaborations with external training bodies (e.g., PPTVM, JPK) for SKM accreditation.
Ensure all documentation, SOPs, and requirements for SKM compliance are fulfilled.
Public Speaking & Presentation
Represent the company in seminars, webinars, and public engagements as a subject matter expert.
Deliver inspiring and engaging talks to distributors and partners to support business growth.
Content Development & LMS
Create impactful training content including slides, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
Work with multimedia and IT teams to integrate content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with HQ, regulatory bodies, and third-party training providers to ensure alignment and accreditation.
Support cross-functional teams in initiatives that require training, onboarding, and certification.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resource Development, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and development, preferably in MLM/Direct Selling.
Proven track record in project management, especially with government-related training programs (e.g., ADi, SKM).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Additional Advantages:
Certified Trainer by HRD Corp or other recognized bodies.
Familiar with JPK standards, training audits, and certification procedures.
Exposure to digital learning tools and hybrid training models.
