POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the CEO Office reporting to Chief of Staff (“COS”). The CEO Office is to evaluate and analyze new business opportunities. The role of this position is to involves in assessing the viability and feasibility of new projects, conducting market research, and providing strategic recommendations to support the conglomerate's growth through M&A transactions or restructuring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Analysis:

Evaluate new business opportunities and projects for their strategic fit and potential impact on the company's goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to assess the viability of new initiatives.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Feasibility Studies:

Perform detailed feasibility studies on proposed projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource requirements.

Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

Business Development:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and explore new business opportunities.

Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Project Management.

Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of new initiatives.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations as and when directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in management;

Candidates with Corporate Finance background will be an added advantage;

Confident candidate with strong interpersonal skills and approachable;

Able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities under time pressure;

Critical thinking & analytical in nature with problem-solving skills, and pays attention to detail;

Committed, able to travel and flexible on the working hours;

Excellence in doing paper works, making business proposal, slide presentations and taking meeting minutes;

Motivated individual, resilient and able to take on challenges
