Job Mission:

The Social Media & Digital Specialist will be responsible for developing social media and SEM strategy to achieve corporate marketing goals.

Job Description:

Work closely with the internal marketing planning team and external agencies to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
Monitor the company's social media accounts which include managing social media presence, plan social media calendar and execute daily posts to offer constructive content and interaction with users.
Craft content strategy (creative, community management, paid, organic) for daily content output, product launch campaigns and other brand initiatives with a constant drive for improvement.
Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer monthly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objective.
Develop the digital strategy and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned media including but not limit to paid advertising, SEM, display ad and EDM.
Job Requirement:

At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to translate market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories.
Ability to present ideas to pitch ideas/strategies and drive alignment.
Enthusiastic about sports and familiar with Garmin products are preferred.
Relevant experience in both social media and digital advertising are preferred
Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus
