Job Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, event management, or retail promotions

Proven track record in planning and executing events or outlet campaigns

Strong project management and multitasking abilities

Excellent coordination with internal teams (sales, ops, marketing) and external partners

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Skilled in managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Canva or basic design tools are a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground role that may include weekend or evening events

Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia preferred (for cross-department and outlet coordination)

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of taking full ownership of assigned projects without needing micro-management



Job Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events across all retail outlets

Marketing strategies planning, analyzing, and optimizing

Liaise with outlet managers and regional teams to execute campaigns consistently and on time

Work with external vendors, designers, and partners to develop marketing materials and event logistics

Manage the promotional calendar and ensure proper rollout of advertising, merchandising, and POS materials

Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and prepare post-event analysis and reports

Support the digital marketing team with localized content or campaign needs related to outlet activities

Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and are within allocated budgets

Assist in media coordination, sponsorship opportunities, and collaborations as needed

Provide hands-on support during major on-ground activations or flagship events
