Requirements

3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance



Preferably holds an educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in logistics or operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

Handle daily logistics tasks and help with admin work.
Support monthly test buys on other platforms to check logistics performance.
Process daily Change Requests and make sure seller documents are complete.
Review and clear appeal cases (e.g., pickup options, order cancellations).
Keep the Knowledge Center updated with the latest logistics information for the team.
