About the role：
As a Mandarin-speaking UI Designer at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional interfaces for our company’s client applications. You will collaborate closely with the PHP development team to design, edit, and enhance application UIs, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.

What you'll be doing：
-Design UI interfaces for company client applications based on project requirements, providing creative concepts and design solutions for new products and features
根据项目需求，负责公司客户端 UI 界面设计，为新产品与新功能提供创意及设计方案
-Participate in design discussions and collaborate with the development team to create user interfaces, keeping up with web design trends and proposing innovative strategies
参与设计讨论，和开发团队共同创建用户界面，把握web设计的流行趋势，提出创新策略，
-Monitor design implementation and suggest optimization and improvement plans
跟踪设计效果，提出优化与改进方案
-Contribute to defining product design experiences, interaction flows, and relevant design standards
参与制定产品的设计体验、交互流程和相关规范
-Contribute to defining product design experiences, interaction flows, and relevant design standards
独立完成 UI 相关制作，并能根据产品设计思路匹配相应 UI 方案
-Participate in product ideation and interface optimization, providing recommendations on interface planning and implementation
参与产品构思与界面优化，提出界面规划与实现建议
-Optimize designs based on user experience and propose feasible plans to improve product quality
结合用户体验优化设计，制定可行的产品品质提升方案

What we're looking for：
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field required
最低学历要求拥有相关领域的文凭/学位
-Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
精通中文（口语与书写）
-At least 1-3 years of experience as a UI Designer.
至少1-3年的UI设计师
-Strong interest in user interface and interaction design, with familiarity in UI design principles, processes, and methodologies
对用户界面设计、交互设计有浓厚兴趣，熟悉界面设计知识与流程方法
-Solid artistic foundation and strong creative concept development skills
具有深厚的美术功底和良好的创意构思能力
-Excellent understanding of color theory, with a clean, elegant design style and unique creative perspectives
对色彩有深刻把握力，设计风格简洁大方，具备独到的创意视角
-Ability to independently design software interfaces and icons
能独立完成软件界面及图标设计
-Clear design thinking, rich creativity, imagination, and strong visual perception skills
设计思路清晰，拥有丰富的创新思维、想象力及较强的视觉感知能力
-Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop 、AI 、Dreamweaver 、Illustrator , etc.
熟练使用Photoshop、AI、Dreamweaver、Illustrator等设计软件，
-Familiarity with Axure software and
熟练使用Axure软件，能独立完成产品UI设计
-Prior experience in UI/UX projects is preferred (Portfolio required)
具备 UI/UX 项目经验者优先（请附作品集）
-Experience in large-scale website building, web layout design, and icon design is preferred
有大型网站搭建、网页布局及图标设计经验者优先
-Strong communication skills, Detail-oriented, excellent self-learning ability, Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.
具有良好的沟通能力、注重细节、优秀的自学能力、高度的责任心，良好的团队合作能力。

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)
