Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, ecommerce, marketing, data analysis, or any related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English are required
Have some editing skill in graphic or video will be added value
Good interpersonal, willingness to learn new thing, attention to details and commercial mindset are required
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Able to work on Saturday half day (work from home)
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with Brand and internal team to develop the company’s ecommerce strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction including identifying growth opportunities, target markets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
Operational Excellence:
Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, customer service, sales order processing & fulfillment, and inventory management.
Ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints, from browsing to post-purchase support (including SOR and after sales service)
Manage relationships with ecommerce-related partners (Platforms, Marketing Agency, KOLs)
Sales and Marketing Optimization:
Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Execute digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract targeted traffic across platforms
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve products, services, and user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the warehouse team and supply chain team to ensure adequate product inventory, timely order processing, and delivery to meet customer demands.
Ensure alignment and synergy between e-commerce initiatives and broader company strategies.
Performance Analysis, Budgeting and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and campaign effectiveness to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance, trends, and actionable insights for management review.
Control and monitor E-commerce Budget. Ensure payment received from platforms. Monitor marketing funds.
Innovation and Adaptability:
Stay updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
Drive innovation within the team, experimenting with new tools, strategies, and technologies to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
Professional Development:
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices through training, workshops, and industry events.
