Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
At least 3-5 years' experience in warehouse, retail or merchandising field
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work in TTDI
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Sat (9am to 1pm)
Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions quickly.
Responsibilities

Ensure reliability and consistency of Incoming & Outgoing arrangement, analyze, and fulfill internal, external stakeholder request.
Achieve sufficient inventory level via on-time incoming collection and ensure inventory movement efficiency.
Responsible on all vehicle and driver related matter, such as cleanliness, maintenance, and driving behavior.
Assist on the whole warehouse operations to ensure task completion target achieve.
Co-ordination with other teams or departments on daily operational activity.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed.
Continuous improvement of incoming, outgoing process, task, and route planning with the team to achieve department objective.
Periodically Review and refine daily operations with supervisor to increase effectiveness and productivity.
Initiate safety and security to minimize safety related incidents of the warehouse department.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
