Requirements
Diploma’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing; prior experience in sports, retail, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
Proficient in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM/email platforms.
Strong content and campaign planning skills with a keen eye for brand storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia
Passion for sports, fitness, or the running lifestyle is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage brand campaigns for product launches, race partnerships, and retail activations.
Ensure brand consistency and local market relevance across all digital touchpoints.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor media performance and manage budgets to drive ROAS and customer acquisition.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content strategy, calendar planning, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Collaborate with content creators, athletes, and agencies to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Track engagement and social performance metrics, implementing data-driven improvements.
Influencer, KOL & Community Marketing
Manage ambassador and influencer programs including seeding, briefing, activation, and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with running clubs, athlete communities, and brand partners.
Support on-ground community activations and integrate with online marketing efforts.
Email Marketing & CRM
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and product education.
Segment audiences and implement automation flows for lead nurturing and retention.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer data, preferences, and purchase history.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze performance across digital channels to inform decision-making and optimizations.
Prepare detailed monthly reports and present key insights to the management team.
Maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
