任职资格
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or F&B Management.
Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant
manager role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and cash management.
Proficient in using POS systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing a team effectively.

Operations & Performance Management
Supervise and coordinate daily café operations to achieve sales and service targets.
Ensure smooth workflow, quality service, and consistent product standards.
Oversee all opening and closing procedures, including cash count and daily reports.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all areas.
Verify that the grease trap is cleaned daily and all hygiene records are properly
maintained.
Staff Management & Development
Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating café staff.
Lead by example and foster a positive, team-driven culture.
Ensure all staff follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and service quality.
Inventory & Cost Control
Supervise inventory management — ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
Track wastage, product usage, and cost of goods sold.
Conduct stock counts and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Customer Relations
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve any complaints effectively.
Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
Uphold a welcoming, professional, and brand-aligned café atmosphere.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily and weekly sales summaries and performance reports.
Assist in planning promotions, seasonal menus, or special events.
Support the Outlet Manager in achieving monthly sales and cost targets.
