Job Description

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Food & Beverage Management is a plus.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with customers and teammates.
-Prior experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is an added advantage.
-Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays; 6-day work week with one scheduled rest day.
-Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia or English is essential, proficiency in Mandarin is strong advantage for engaging with our customer base.
-Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
-A true team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
-High level of integrity, initiative, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
-Provide top-tier, attentive, and friendly service to all guests. Greet every customer and ensure their dining or takeaway experience is efficient, enjoyable, and satisfying.
-Handle orders through POS systems. Ensure all customer orders - dine-in, takeaway, or delivery - are prepared, packed, and served accurately and promptly.
-Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and promotional items. Proactively upsell add-ons or seasonal specials to increase average transaction value while meeting customer needs.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet's dining and preparation areas. Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards to ensure a safe and presentable environment at all times.
-Assist with stock checking, replenishment of supplies at the counter or self-service area, and notify the manager when restocking is needed to avoid service disruptions.
-Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours. Communicate effectively to resolve customer issues or service challenges.
-Adhere strictly to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), from service etiquette to food handling. Ensure every action upholds the brand reputation and consistency across outlets.
-Listen to and resolve customer concerns professionally on the spot.
-Escalate major issues to the supervisor while maintaining work professionalism.
