Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 (Junior), 3-4 years (Senior) of working experience, preferably in F&B or related
industries.
Strong understanding of SST compliance, service charges, and tax regulations.
Experience with inventory costing methods and financial benchmarking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Point of Sales (POS) systems, and accounting softwares
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
Strong communication skills and team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
- Manage full financial reporting for multiple outlets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Preparation of SST computation and submission, monitor service charges and tax
implications for menu pricing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Track inventory costing using FIFO or Weighted Average Cost methods.
- Conduct monthly stock take to ensure accurate inventory valuation and minimize
discrepancies.
