discipline.
-Able to speak in English and Mandarin
-Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply
chain within the F&B or hospitality sector.
-Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
-Strong command of inventory control systems, procurement planning, and vendor
performance management.
-Familiarity with Halal certification processes and sourcing protocols—added advantage.
-Working knowledge of central kitchen operations, including bulk procurement, batch
production, and logistics coordination.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Ability to operate independently and lead procurement functions without direct staff
support.
-Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities.

Strategic Procurement Leadership
-Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals, optimize cost
structures, and enhance operational efficiency.

Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
-Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers based on quality, reliability, pricing, and compliance
with ethical sourcing standards.

Contract Negotiation & Management
-Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term value, while managing contract
renewals and performance clauses.

Inventory & Procurement Planning
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement schedules with operations and finance
to ensure timely replenishment and cost control.

Compliance & Risk Governance
-Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, industry regulations, and sustainability
standards. Conduct vendor risk assessments and audits.

Vendor Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and resolve
disputes or service issues.

Data-Driven Procurement Optimization
-Analyze procurement data to uncover cost-saving opportunities, improve turnaround times,
and support budgeting and forecasting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Outlet teams to align procurement activities with
broader business objectives.

Reporting & Insights
-Prepare detailed procurement reports and dashboards for CFO and Finance Manager,
highlighting trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Inventory System Oversight
-Supervise and ensure accurate key-in of received goods into the POS system, maintaining realtime inventory integrity.

SOP Development & Implementation
-Lead the creation and refinement of procurement SOPs, vendor onboarding protocols, and
compliance workflows.
