Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer service role.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries.
-Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
-Strong knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and beauty trends.
-Ability to provide product recommendations and demonstrate product usage to customers.
-Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
-Willingness to work full-time at the onsite location in Setapak.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and addressing inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are easily accessible.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
-Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products, including ingredients, application techniques, and benefits, to effectively advise customers.
-Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling, while building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
-Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex situations to the store manager when necessary.
-Participate in inventory management activities, including receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
-Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions to provide relevant and informed recommendations to customers.
-Assist with visual merchandising and display setups to attract customers and showcase products effectively.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, loss prevention measures, and employee conduct standards.
