Job responsibilities
-Have knowledge and be passionate about the products/services offered
-Achieve personal sales target and contribute to the achievement of the outlet target
-Provide positive customer experience by addressing customer enquiries, and recommending potential products and services depending on their needs
-Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns
-Effectively execute any outlet promotions to increase sales revenue and customer experience
-Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
-Prepare sales and service reports for the outlet as required by the outlet manager
-Participate, prepare and carry out daily opening/closing as well as stock take according to SOPs as required
-Participate in ad-hoc roadshows and events to ensure successful sell-out target achievement
-Ensure cleanliness of the outlet and maintain proper display of the retail fixtures and demo units
-Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience in retail industry
-Fresh graduates / school leavers are also welcome to apply.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
