Seven Star is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities within the relocation market for our family. The ideal candidate would possess excellent negotiation skills, have an understanding on the relocation market, and the ability to work with international families seeking consultancy services in various aspects of their lifestyle needs.

Job Description:
• Responsible to conceptualize, strategize, and implement initiatives to drive business outcomes within focused segment within relocation and MM2H.
• Keep updated to the current market insight of relocation section in Malaysia.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s services, attract new clients, and expand existing client relationships
• Connecting, pitch products and pursue sales leads tailored to the needs of client for relocation and MM2H.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Preparing contracts and agreements, negotiating with partners / clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
• Responsible for overseeing existing clients and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and generating regular performance reports.
• Representing the company at events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.

Job Requirements (point forms are accepted):
• Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales / business development, preferably in relocation / MM2H / related backgrounds
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or related fields
• Independent and driven, able to adapt in a fast paced and growing environment
• Bilingual speaking of Mandarin and English
• Proven track record in international sales, managing relationship with stakeholders and clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Driven, risk taker and able to execute with close follow ups
