Responsibilities:

-Generate new sales from the sales leads provided through business calls.

-Qualify sales leads through calls.

-Sell to both consumers and commercial customers, applying the correct solution and sales approach to each.

-Maintain effective communication with prospects and implement a proactive follow-up strategy.

-Continuously seek new ways to improve sales performance by reviewing calls and testing new sales techniques.


Requirements:

-Minimum one year of experience in telesales.

-Ability to communicate with people at all levels; independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude.

-Proficient in English.

-Strong customer service attitude and a people-oriented approach.
