We’re looking for a Category Manager who’s passionate about beauty, trends, and driving business growth. You’ll take the lead in managing and growing our portfolio focusing on mainly on cosmetics — from strategy to execution.

What You’ll Do:

-End-to-end commercial management (Cosmetic, Personal Care, Skin Care): Pricing, promotions, and performance.

-Focusing on cosmetic brands.

-Build strong relationships with brand partners and negotiate for win-win outcomes.

-Liaison person to our commercial team in China. Mandarin reading & conversing is a must.

-Analyse sales trends, market data, and consumer insights to make bold, data-driven decisions.

-Work closely with marketing, retail, and operations to bring exciting campaigns to life.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in category management, merchandising, or brand management — ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG.

-Strong commercial sense and analytical mindset.

-A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives on making things happen.

-Passion for cosmetics and staying ahead of beauty trends.
