🎯 What You’ll Learn & Do
-Assist in developing QA policies and procedures under senior supervision.

-Support ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001 compliance, with structured internal training.

-Participate in internal quality audits and external certification processes.

-Investigate customer complaints and support corrective / preventive actions.

-Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues.

-Prepare and present quality reports for management and regional stakeholders.

-Support workplace safety (OSH) audits and effectiveness monitoring.

-After your induction period, help conduct QA and safety training sessions for awareness initiatives.

-Use Mandarin proficiency to translate documentation and communicate with China/Taiwan suppliers on non‑conformities and audit results.



⚙️ What You’ll Bring
-Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.

-Fresh graduates (0 – 1 year) are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.

-Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).
