Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A) Recruitment:
-Advertise job openings on approved recruitment channels.
-Shortlist candidates based on requirements.
-Perform background checks on final candidates.
-Prepare employment letters and extend offers to selected candidates.
-Monitor and evaluate performance of recruitment channels.
-Support manpower planning and recruitment strategy development.

B) HR Transactional Activities:
-Conduct HRIS training/briefing for employees.
-Verify employee attendance and overtime; ensure accuracy with department heads.
-Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
-Generate monthly payroll reports for Management.
-Manage benefits administration (medical, recognition, incentives, etc.).
-Prepare various employee letters (offers, resignations, promotions, etc.).
-Maintain accurate employee personal files in HR system.

C) Other HR Support:
-Assist in implementing HR initiatives (performance management, training, engagement).
-Coordinate administrative tasks for HQ office maintenance.
-Help organize HR or company events.

D) Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices for both management and employees.

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
-3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll. Manage end-to-end payroll accurately and ensure statutory compliance.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations and statutory contributions.
-Proficient in HR Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
-Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
