Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing daily human resource operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, and supporting organizational growth. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labour regulations. The HR Executive acts as a key liaison between management and employees, maintaining a professional company image and contributing to staff engagement and workplace culture.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.

Support initiatives that improve morale, teamwork, and communication.

3. HR Compliance, Integrity & Policy Management
Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and company regulations.

Maintain employee records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection standards.

Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as contracts, warning letters, and policy updates.

4. HR Operations & Administrative Support
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and documentation.

Manage attendance, leave records, medical claims, and HR administrative tasks.

Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying relevant HR data.

5. Professional Image & Brand Representation
Uphold professional standards in communication and presentation.

Represent the company’s HR values with fairness, confidentiality, and consistency.

Promote a positive company culture aligned with organizational values.

6. HR Planning, Training & Coordination
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

Participate in HR meetings, briefings, and continuous improvement discussions.

Collaborate with supervisors to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.

7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Support performance appraisal processes and monitor employee performance metrics.

Gather feedback to improve HR services and workflows.

Suggest improvements to HR policies, processes, and employee experience.

8. Working Hours

Five working days per week (Monday to Friday), office-based (WFO).
