Job responsibilities:
1. Daily live streaming sharing of beauty products (mainly makeup and skincare), explaining selling points, demonstrating usage, and guiding fans to interact and convert;
2. Collaborate with the team to plan live streaming themes and scripts, optimize the live streaming process, and increase viewing time and transaction rates;
3. Maintain fan communities, promptly respond to inquiries, enhance user stickiness, and accumulate private domain traffic.

Job requirements:
1. 18-35 years old, with good image and temperament, strong camera sense, fluent and infectious expression;
2. Passionate about the beauty industry, familiar with makeup/skincare categories, experience in beauty live streaming is preferred, and beginners can receive paid training;
3. Can cooperate with scheduling, accept live streaming duration (flexible scheduling, refuse to stay up late for internal competition);
4. Responsible, strong execution ability, able to quickly adapt to the pace of live streaming.
