Job Description
1. Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the company, including resume screening, invitation interviews, interview follow-up, offer distribution, onboarding connection, building a talent reserve pool, improving recruitment efficiency and job quality;
2. Responsible for handling the entire process of employee transfer, organizing and archiving personnel files, maintaining employee information systems, and ensuring compliance and efficiency in personnel processes;
3. Assist in formulating and implementing employee welfare policies (such as social security and housing fund contributions, holiday benefits, team building activities, etc.), follow up on salary accounting assistance work, and safeguard employee rights and interests;
4. Build and maintain good employee relationships, connect with employee communication needs, assist in handling employee consultations and disputes, organize employee team building, annual meetings, and other activities to enhance team cohesion;
5. Assist in improving the company's personnel rules and regulations, follow up on the implementation of the system, and cooperate with superiors to complete other administrative personnel work such as personnel report statistics and performance evaluation assistance.
Job requirements:
1. 1-3 years of enterprise HR practical experience, familiar with the whole module work of personnel recruitment, employee relations, compensation and welfare, etc., Internet/e-commerce/HR experience is preferred;
2. Proficient in human resources related laws and regulations, possessing strong communication and expression skills, stress resistance, and empathy. Able to efficiently handle employee issues and coordinate multiple needs;
3. Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PPT), familiar with basic personnel report production, with experience in recruitment channel operation, able to accurately match job requirements;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong principles, meticulous and rigorous work, good professional ethics and teamwork awareness, and identification with the company's corporate culture;
5. Candidates with a major in human resource management or holding HR related certificates are given priority, and outstanding fresh graduates (with HR internship experience) are eligible for application.
Salary and benefits:
No responsibility base salary of 3500RM recruitment commission+performance bonus+year-end bonus, comprehensive salary of 7k-12k+, salary negotiable for outstanding abilities;
