What You'll Be Doing

Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments for replenishment.

Receiving and storing inventory, tracking stock movements, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.

Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance requests, activities, and associated documentation.

Establish a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of information.

To provide daily and monthly sales report to relevant department.

Supporting the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining store displays.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.



Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a project support or administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Possess a recognized educational qualification or certificate appropriate to the position.

Good computer literacy skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
