Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate internal and external recruitment efforts to meet staffing requirements.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

2. Employee Relations & HR Support
Provide support in handling employee queries, grievances, and performance issues.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Support management in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

3. Training & Development
Help coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
Assist in tracking training effectiveness and employee performance improvement.

4. HR Administration & Record-Keeping
Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation accurately.
Prepare HR reports, attendance records, leave management, and manpower reports.
Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting as required.

5. Performance Management & Appraisal
Support the performance appraisal process, including preparation, tracking, and documentation.
Assist in identifying training or improvement needs based on performance evaluations.

6. HR Projects & Initiatives
Participate in HR projects, campaigns, and initiatives assigned by the HR Manager.
Assist in employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
