Role Overview
We are looking for a Short-Form Video Content Lead to lead content strategy and execution for client-facing short video and livestream-related projects under our Livelab business.
This role is responsible for designing content strategies, managing content teams and creators, ensuring delivery quality, and driving measurable campaign performance for brand clients.
You will work closely with operations, client servicing, livestream teams, creators, and influencers to ensure content outputs meet both brand expectations and platform performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client-Oriented Content Strategy
Develop short-form video content strategies tailored to different brand clients, industries, and campaign objectives
Translate client briefs into clear content directions, formats, and creative approaches
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, platform policies, and campaign KPIs
2️⃣ Content Production & Delivery Management
Oversee the full content workflow: ideation, scripting, production guidance, editing standards, and publishing coordination
Set and maintain content quality benchmarks across different creators and editors
Ensure on-time delivery of content assets for campaigns and livestream support
3️⃣ Creator & Team Management
Manage and coach in-house content team members (content planners, editors, creators)
Coordinate with external creators, hosts, and influencers to ensure content consistency and execution quality
Build reusable content playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
4️⃣ Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, retention, click-through, and conversion signals
Conduct content reviews and post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities
Continuously refine content approaches based on platform trends and data insights
5️⃣ Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Client Servicing, Livestream, Influencer, and Media teams
Support client presentations with content insights, performance summaries, and recommendations
Act as the content expert in internal discussions and client-facing communications
Requirements
5+ years of experience in short-form video, content operations, social media, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with TikTok and short video platforms, preferably in agency, MCN, or livestream-related businesses
Strong understanding of content performance metrics and optimization logic
Experience managing content teams or coordinating multiple creators
Able to handle multiple client projects in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Familiarity with the Malaysia / Southeast Asia market is highly preferred
Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
