We Are Hiring: Facilities Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage and oversee commercial assets.

Requirements:

Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in commercial asset / facilities management

Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline)

Strong knowledge in building operations, maintenance, statutory compliance, and contractor management

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Able to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively

Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient asset management and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Control operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Conduct regular site inspections, prepare detailed reports, and implement necessary improvements.
Liaise with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in commercial asset management, with a proven track record.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic background.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, demonstrated through successful team management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant facilities management software tools.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
