Responsibilities:
-Promote simple insurance plans through telemarketing to dedicated bank customers.
-To build strong customer relationship.
-To deliver professional, cost effective and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives of the Outbound Contact Centre.

Requirements:
-Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.
-Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
-Enjoy working over the telephone.
-Strong command of Mandarin (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent mandarin skills as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
-Minimum SPM holder and above.
-On-the-job training will be provided.
-Applicants should have full working rights in Malaysia.
