Key Responsibilities:
-Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customer accounts to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
-New Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage new local chain accounts to broaden product distribution and expand market presence.
-Business Development: Seek and capitalize on opportunities to acquire additional shelf space, drive trade activities to increase brand visibility, and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and other key metrics to drive revenue growth.
-Data Analysis: Use data analytics to evaluate customer behavior, assess performance metrics, and understand market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
-Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to support new product development, brand-building initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
-Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations that shape customer strategies.
-Customer Retention: Design and implement strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention through proactive engagement and the delivery of consistent value.
-Undertake any other jobs and duties may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:
-Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Data Analytics or a related field.
-Demonstrated experience in Channel Management/ Business Development/ or a similar role. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
-Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights.
-Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Possess own transport.
