Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Planning, Promo Mechanics & Bundle Strategy
-Plan and execute monthly campaign calendar including:bundle deals, add-on deals, gifts-with-purchase, tiered offers, vouchers, free shipping strategies
-Build campaign mechanics that improve conversion without crashing retail price (price compliance mindset).
-Coordinate campaign readiness: product setup, voucher configuration, storefront visuals, campaign landing and stock readiness.
-Ensure pricing and promotion execution is aligned across marketplaces + Shopify (consistency and discipline).
2) Marketplace Store Operations (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)
-Optimise store performance including: product listings, pricing, variations, category mapping, store decoration, campaign assets
-Improve sales conversion by optimising PDP structure (title, benefits, claim hierarchy, image sequence).
-Manage key platform tools: vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, affiliate/commission settings, flash deals, shipping promos
3) Competitor Monitoring & Pricing Intelligence
-Track competitors’ campaign activities, vouchers, bundles, pricing moves, and best-selling SKUs across Shopee/Lazada/TikTok.
-Maintain a structured weekly competitor tracker including pricing mechanics, product positioning, content strategies, and promo timing.
-Analyse market pricing trends and recommend defensive or counter-strategy actions without damaging retail price structure.
3) Competitor Monitoring & Pricing Intelligence
-Track competitors’ campaign activities, vouchers, bundles, pricing moves, and best-selling SKUs across Shopee/Lazada/TikTok.
-Maintain a structured weekly competitor tracker including pricing mechanics, product positioning, content strategies, and promo timing.

4) Keyword Optimisation & Search Growth (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok)
-Conduct keyword research and optimise product titles, attributes and descriptions.
-Improve ranking through keyword structure + product performance levers (CTR, CVR, reviews).
-Monitor performance of search keywords and adjust listing strategy monthly.
5) Reporting & Commercial Performance Tracking
-Track and report weekly performance metrics: Revenue, units sold, profit margin, conversion rate (CVR), AOV, campaign uplift
-Provide clear insights: what worked, what failed, what to improve next cycle.
-Identify risks and opportunities (pricing wars, stock constraints, competitor aggression).
6.) Performance Marketing Strategy & Oversight (Agency-Led)
-Support performance marketing execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads in collaboration with appointed agencies.
-Review campaign performance reports and monitor key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, and acquisition quality.
-Translate performance insights into clear recommendations and optimisation actions.
-Support budget analysis and performance review discussions with the management.
7.) Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work with operations/logistics to ensure stock readiness for campaigns.
-Work with marketing/content/design teams to align campaign creatives, key messages and product highlights.
-Support Brand/BD team to ensure e-commerce pricing protects retail channel relationships.
Job Requirements
-2–5 years experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace management (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
-Strong understanding of: promo mechanics, voucher strategy, bundle design and pricing discipline
-Able to analyse competitors and translate into actionable campaign strategy.
-Familiar with keyword optimisation / product listing SEO for marketplaces.
-Experience with Shopify (basic admin flow, collections, product setup, customer journey improvements).
-Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pricing tracker, competitor tracker, campaign tracker).
-Detail-oriented, fast executor, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
