You’ll develop and refine exciting recipes and product formulations across confectionery, ready-to-eat meals, processed meat, and oil & fats—taking ideas from lab to pilot kitchen to full-scale production.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and improve recipes and formulations for new products and line extensions.

Turn customer briefs and market trends into practical recipe concepts and prototypes.

Conduct pilot trials and document recipes, process parameters, and yields.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, QMS) and support shelf-life and sensory testing.

Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Business Development teams on ingredient sourcing and cost targets.

Provide technical training and recipe handover to production teams and co-manufacturers.

Apply Good Lab Practices (GLP) and continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Kaizen.

Analyse process yields and raw material usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior and management from time to time.



Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Engineering (or related field).

✔ Fresh graduates are welcome!

✔ Candidates with 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing, R&D, or central kitchen will be prioritised.

✔ Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) is an advantage.

✔ Strong knowledge of lab-to-production scale-up.

✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken).

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
