Job responsibilities:

Support end-to-end delivery of retail park project, assisting the Senior Manager in coordinating across functions including design, leasing, marketing, retail operations, construction, legal, and administrative matters (licensing, insurance, approvals, SOPs etc.). Help to track development timelines, prepare updates, and maintain team momentum through workshop coordination and inter-departmental/third party consultants follow-ups.

Provide support in the asset management of our hospitality arm of resort management (Chalet and Golf Management Division), including data gathering, analysis, reviewing the Business Plan, Annual Operating Budget and CAPEX Plan.

Assist in asset management of the Group’s Investment Properties portfolio and recurring income, including data compilation, benchmarking, reporting and formulating the Asset Plans to increase the income stream and hence the asset values of the properties.

Assist in strategic planning efforts of the Group, which include research, contextual analysis, preparation of briefing materials to support Management’s decision making and long-term positioning.

Support business diversification initiatives, which entails financial due diligence processes, investment structuring through M&A/Joint Venture, financial modelling, drafting of the commercial terms etc.

Any other key tasks as required.

Job requirements:

Minimum Tertiary education preferable in Finance/Investment/Real Estate/Economics/Accounting/Business or any other related field.

Proficiency in Financial Modelling/Real Estate and well versed with Group Assets Management model.

Preferably with at least 3 years' working experience in Real Estate / Strategic / Corporate Planning / Corporate Finance / Investment.

Possesses strong analytical skills to be able to analyze complex financial data, market trends, and performance reports to spot inefficiencies and identify investment opportunities.

A strategiser to develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies that align with our company's long-term goals to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

Adept problem solving abilities and capable to adapt quickly to changing conditions, find creative solutions to challenges, and limit downside risks.

Proactive, result oriented, and anticipate future needs and potential issues, taking initiative to address them before they become problems, and focus keenly on improving Net Operating Income (NOI) and overall portfolio value.

Willing to work in Kota Damansara area and receptive of possibility of constant travelling (within Klang Valley and Sungai Petani, Kedah).
