Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the development of production management, safety management, and on-site management-related regulations, improving and organizing the implementation of various management tasks.

Confirm production plans for each workshop and organize implementation according to the plan, coordinating and resolving issues that arise during the production process.

Organize safety management and 6S on-site management, regularly organize relevant personnel to inspect, supervise, rectify, and assess the production site of each workshop.

Focus on production safety education, strengthen control and implementation of safety production, and ensure safe production.

Report major issues in production management to the General Manager in a timely manner and assist the General Manager in handling and resolving major issues.



Qualification Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Production Management, or related technical field.

Work Experience:

Trained in enterprise management, production management, management skills development, project management, on-site equipment, and safety management; over 5 years of comprehensive management experience in a manufacturing company and over 3 years of experience in this position. Experience in managing foreign labor is required.

Skill Requirements:

In-depth understanding of the production processes, working principles, and overall production management in the metal manufacturing industry.

Strong planning, organizational management, coordination, and overall management abilities.

Proficient in using various office automation equipment and office software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with personnel at different levels.

Good proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
