Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and support AMHS equipment at customer sites

Perform troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance

Respond to equipment issues and minimize downtime

Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation

Follow cleanroom and safety protocols at all times

Provide on-site and standby support (including after office hours when required)

Work closely with internal teams and customers
