Position Summary

Responsible for handling customer orders, accurate data entry, shipment coordination, and supporting smooth communication between customers, sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Order Processing & Data Entry

Receive and process customer orders accurately and timely.
Perform sales order data entry into ERP/system.
Verify order details including product, quantity, pricing, delivery date, and customer information.
Prepare and maintain order records and related documentation.
Monitor order status and update customers/sales team accordingly.

Shipment Coordination to East Malaysia

Coordinate shipment arrangements with warehouse, transporter, forwarding agents, and customers.
Prepare shipment documentation such as:
Delivery Order (DO)
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Shipping Instruction
M3 Calculation
Export / shipping related documents (if applicable)
Monitor shipment schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up on shipment status, delivery issues, or delays.
