Job Responsibilities :

Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix, working proactively to fill available spaces for the centre.

Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.

Manage leasing retailer correspondences and ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.

General regular reports on leasing performance, including occupancy rates, revenue forecast, provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management based on the feasibility studies or market trend.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities that enhance the overall attractiveness of the mall to potential tenants and customers.

To manage and foster positive relationships with tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for tenant recruitment.

To set leasing budgets and revenue projections and to achieve KPI set by Management.

Job Requirements :

Diploma/ Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.
